School Operations Coordinator

Ms. Cailin has been a valued member of Tempe Montessori School since 2014. She began her journey as aftercare support and went on to assist in every classroom, from Nido through Elementary. Her passion for early childhood education led her to become a Primary Assistant, and later the founding Head Directress of the Toddler Butterfly Classroom, where she served for five years.

During her time at Tempe Montessori School, Cailin pursued her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Arizona State University and went on to earn an Advanced Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is now a licensed clinical therapist and continues to support individuals, couples, and families through her work in the mental health field. In addition to her clinical practice, Cailin serves as the School Operations Coordinator at TMS, where she brings her dedication, leadership, and love for the school community to her role.

In her spare time, Cailin enjoys staying active with Pilates, getting lost in a good book, and exploring new places through travel.

Ms. Cailin has been serving our community since 2014.
