Executive Director

Ms. Lauren is an Arizona native and loves living in the beautiful desert climate. She attended Tempe Montessori School as a child as her grandmother is the founder and her mother ran the school for many years. Ms. Lauren holds her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She also holds an AMI Assistants to Infancy Diploma from the Montessori Institute of San Diego, University of San Diego, and a Primary AMI Diploma from Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies. She is MACTE certified for state accreditation. During the pandemic, Ms. Lauren pioneered the AMI Administrators group in efforts to collaborate with local school leaders. Additionally, Lauren opened the first ever AMI accredited NIDO program in the valley. She serves as a private Montessori consultant for 0-3 communities locally and nationally.

In her spare time, Lauren is usually buried in books as she is an avid reader. She loves fiction novels and participating in a book club with her family. She also enjoys journaling and writing. Photography fills her soul and she even sells her artwork! You may recognize some images featured in the city Tempe as an initiative to showcase desert landscapes in ordinary places.

Ms. Lauren has been serving our community since 2008.
